Juan, the storyteller, attends the wake of his young son, nicknamed "The Little Angel." At the request of the prayer woman, he tells him different horror stories so he can fall asleep and ascend to Heaven. Grief-stricken and submerged in apathy, the man weaves words shaped by drives of life and death through four stories: "The Cleaner": During the Covid-19 epidemic, a man who removes bodies from homes makes a wrong decision with unforeseen consequences. "The Student": A medical student goes to a cemetery to buy a skeleton and meets a gravedigger convinced that "the free market" and being an "entrepreneur" are the solution to his life. "I Love You": A passionate couple of lovers suffers a serious car accident on the road. After the event, neither will be the same, yet their passion will remain intact, even after death. "The Test": Gabriel attends a therapeutic interview on professional recommendation. There he meets a beautiful psychologist who, as the session progresses, manages to reveal dark and forbidden secrets. In doing so, he will discover hers.

Unlike lifeless features made of shorts loosely tied together by a framing device, here we have four stories written and directed by the same filmmaker, in the best tradition of what we used to see in films from the British production companies Hammer and Amicus, and especially in later anthologies in the same line as Creepshow in cinema and Tales from the Crypt on television. An ultra-independent film with strong ideas and effective scares, one that does not overindulge in its gore elements and consistently bets on solid horror.
