Inspired by Jean-Paul Sartre, the film tells the story of Paulo, Inês and Fernanda, who are locked in a room by strange beings. As they struggle to understand why they are there together, the characters’ hidden pasts and the sadistic truth behind their shared imprisonment are slowly revealed.

The familiar premise of characters unable to leave a given place is given a strong theatrical grounding here, with a process that gradually reveals each protagonist’s many facets. An emotional spectrum that moves from oppression through buried suffering to existential anguish, with an original touch of fantasy.
